Boeing’s Mesa facility has been a cornerstone of Arizona’s aerospace community for more than four decades. As the production hub for the AH64E attack helicopter and home to advanced fabrication centers for wiring, composites, and metals, Boeing Mesa plays a central role in rotorcraft advancements while creating jobs, skills, and long-term community value. Mesa Gateway Airport is an ideal location for Gulfstream’s newest MRO facility. Not only is it an established airport for business aviation operators, its infrastructure and size provide a great location for both Gulfstream and our customers. The State of Arizona, the City of Mesa and the airport authority have been incredibly welcoming and supportive of our efforts to expand our service capabilities.

During the past five years, Dexcom has gone from being chiefly unknown in Arizona to one of the largest manufacturing entities in the region, employing 1,000 people in Mesa. We have been able to successfully attract high-level talent and find the quantity of employees needed, as evidenced by our rapid production growth. We have collaborated with Arizona universities and Mesa Community College to acquire high-quality employees as well as develop internship programs to fill our pipeline. Expanding our manufacturing operations to Mesa, Arizona was a great decision.

CMC has been proud to operate in Mesa since 2009, and the successful launch of our second micro mill, CMC Steel Arizona 2, in June 2023 marked an important milestone for our company. As the first micro mill in the world capable of producing both reinforcing bar and merchant bar quality products, the facility reflects CMC’s commitment to innovation and investment in the communities where we operate. As lifelong Mesa residents, we’ve had the privilege of building the Aqua-Tots Swim School brand right here in our hometown for more than 35 years. Mesa has provided a supportive business environment and an incredible workforce that has allowed us to grow to more than 180 locations across 14 countries. What started here in Mesa now helps millions of children gain the life-saving skills and confidence that come from learning to swim.
