Vincent Orleck joined the City of Mesa Office of Economic Development in June 2024 and serves as a Project Manager. Vince is responsible for management, marketing, and site oversight of Mesa Business Builder @ The Studios  and LaunchPoint, Mesa’s Technology Incubator.

Vince has been a leader in the Greater Phoenix entrepreneurial community for nearly a decade. Prior to joining the City of Mesa, Vince worked with ASU Knowledge Enterprise as Digital Communications Manager. One of his primary responsibilities included marketing efforts for the Edson Entrepreneurship + Innovation Institute among multiple other ASU brands including (but not limited to) ASU Economic Development, NewSpace, Global Futures Laboratory, Biodesign Institute and more.

Additionally, he has supported entrepreneurs locally as an ecosystem builder in the yesPHX community; an advisor for HUUB; a lead organizer for PHX Startup Week; and president of Social Media Club PHX. He and his wife Marissa have resided in Mesa since 2009, have two daughters, and a Kelpie mix they recently rescued from the shelter.
