WORKERS' COMPENSATION INSURANCE

If you have employees, you must carry Workers’ Compensation insurance at your expense. The Industrial Commission of Arizona administers Workers’ Compensation insurance.

You may also choose to insure your employees through the State Compensation Fund (currently Copper Point Mutual Insurance Company), by insuring with an authorized insurance carrier, or by qualifying with the The Industrial Commission of Arizona (above) as a self-insurer.
