Explore a diversity of art that celebrates the Asian District Mesa AZ’s culture, community, and commerce. Developed by local artists, colorful murals bring to life iconic Asian folklore, motifs, symbols, and traditions. As you explore the Asian District, you’ll find these vibrant murals woven throughout a dynamic destination featuring more than 100 captivating Asian specialty shops, delightful grocery stores, mouthwatering restaurants and cafes, artisanal bakeries, indulgent salons, and top-notch service providers.

Artist Profiles
Eleven artists from the Greater Phoenix area were selected to develop mural concepts, which were presented to building owners in the Asian District. Artists attended an orientation about the Asian District Mesa AZ branding efforts, so their art would capture the area’s vibrancy and brand pillars. The Office of Economic Development continues to work with property owners to identify potential mural locations utilizing the works of these 11 artists.
