During the past five years, Dexcom has gone from being chiefly unknown in Arizona to one of the largest manufacturing entities in the region, employing 1,000 people in Mesa. We have been able to successfully attract high-level talent and find the quantity of employees needed, as evidenced by our rapid production growth. We have collaborated with Arizona universities and Mesa Community College to acquire high-quality employees as well as develop internship programs to fill our pipeline. Expanding our manufacturing operations to Mesa, Arizona was a great decision.
